Kelley is a certified Master Program Manager, MPM, and is the Vice President of Enterprise Operations for DSD Labs, leading major digital and technical programs for the Department of Defense (DoD).  She holds a bachelor's degree in Communication Technology from Easter Michigan University and a master's degree in Education, Leadership and Administration from the University of Dayton.  She was inducted into the Manchester Who's Who Among Executives and Professionals in 2005.
